Rigsråd Eske Brock and his wife Christence Wiffert  painted 1612

It is clearly seen that the angle of the skirt towards the bodice is almost 90 degrees, Constance Wiffert has either a wheel farthingale or a french farthingale round her hips.

This epitafium picture from Kågerød Church in Skåne, looks very similar in style like Christence Wifferts portrait. This is pinted 1614.

This is a reproduktion italian reticella lace . This is going to be used on the collar and the cuffs.

I placed a pearl rosette on the black silk taffeta wich the dress and hood is going to be made of + gilted pearl purl.-

Pearls are fresh water pearls

.

Here i have made a toillé collar. It has a lot of darts to make the shape. The lace has a wire attached in the line between the insetion and the scallped edge.

Here the linnen lawn is thread marked for the darts, the lace has ben sewn to fit into a corner.
